 Jonathan Barnes is a Special Agent (SA) with the U.S. Department of Commerce Bureau of Industry and Security Office of Export Enforcement. The Bureau of Industry and Security’s mission is to advance U.S. national security, foreign policy, and economic objectives by ensuring and effective export control and treaty compliance system and promoting continued U.S. strategic and technology leadership.

SA Barnes joined the Bureau of Industry and Security in 2002, and is the Forward Assigned Agent in Huntsville, AL.

SA Barnes will present an Export Control Overview detailing the Bureau of Industry and Security’s regulations and policies.
